Certified Plumbing

Ronald came out to test my hot water heater after I failed to drain it properly. He reset everything and tried to salvage what we could but unfortunately it needed to be rebuilt. Ronald replaced the elements and the thermostat within the unit and everything worked well! Amazing communication, VERY timely response, fair priced. Great guy, would 10/10 deal with again and recommend.

I noticed my water heater leaking from the side panel late Friday night. I called Certified Plumbing on Saturday morning explaining that I would likely need a new water heater because of the location of the leak. They gave me a good price quote, especially for a weekend emergency call. They had a technician out in about three hours. He noticed that there was signs of burning on the electrical from the leak. Ronald got to work right away and got it done in a few hours with no issues. It has been a few days now and everything is working fine and there are no leaks. There also was no surprise fees, the price was same as quoted. I will be using them again for any plumbing needs. Pictures are of the electrical burning from leaky water heater. Ronald at Certified Plumbing is a life saver! We called him with a burst pipe emergency. He fixed the burst pipe and restored water to our house within 1.5 hours of our initial service call. Even though we were in desperate need of plumbing help, Ronald did not try to gouge us with his price. He charged a fair rate for his service. Ronald at Certified Plumbing is a true professional. Our experience with Certified Plumbing was amazing. We were first time callers so didn't know what to expect, but online they are highly rated. We had a water leak that had more than tripled our water bill. So, we called, and within an hour they were onsite (really fast response). Within the next hour they found and fixed the problem, (and cleaned up). They explained what they were doing as they worked. Again....AMAZING....!!!!! I called Ronald at Certified Plumbing last night, Saturday. He answered and said he’d be here between 8:30-9:00 today, SUNDAY. He showed on time, worked 2.5 hours in the rain and got us back in business for an affordable price. I can’t recommend Ronald and his company enough. Many companies will ghost you on the weekends especially. Save the Certified Plumbing number and make them your first call.
